Positive Google Reviews will drive customers to your business.

Google is the most well-known and oft-used search engine, so consumers tend to trust and rely upon Google reviews in their decision making process. Positive reviews can drive business, while a 1- or 2-star review could lead to a drop in sales.

  1. Make sure your Google business page is up-to-date and relevant. We’re talking phone number, email address, physical address, website, hours of operation, services provided.

  3. Respond to reviews—thank customers who leave positive feedback and interact with those who may not have enjoyed their experience with you. A simple follow-up may turn an unhappy customer into repeat business.
