Homepage Design Feedback
As part of the Website Express Refresh, we will present a refreshed homepage design that establishes updated fonts, colors, and imagery style (if applicable). Client will have the opportunity to review the design and provide feedback.
To keep the project on schedule, Client is responsible for providing clear, consolidated feedback in a timely manner. Delays in feedback may impact the overall timeline of the refresh. Requested changes must align with the approved project scope and existing website structure. Any requests beyond the standard refresh may require a separate quote and timeline adjustment.
Graphics
CleverLight will provide as many stock photos as needed to complete the imagery refresh. However, the number of stock images will be limited to the existing number of assets per page to maintain consistency with the original site layout.
If Client prefers to provide their own graphics or photos for updated imagery, they must:
- Supply high-quality images in JPG, PNG, or EPS formats.
- Clearly specify which page each image should be placed on.
For larger projects, CleverLight may provide access to a shared content folder for easier file transfers. Any additional stock imagery beyond the existing asset count may be purchased at an additional cost.
3rd Party Logins
Client is responsible for providing CleverLight with necessary login credentials to access their website for the refresh.
This may include:
- Website Admin Credentials – Required for making design and imagery updates.
- Domain Registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) – Only if DNS updates are needed.
Any new integrations or service changes requested outside the scope of the Website Express Refresh may require a separate project discussion.
