Content
Once the finalized Sitemap has been developed, CleverLight will provide a shared Google Doc to the Client. Client will be responsible for providing content for each page of the website into the Google Doc. If the content already exists on the Clients existing website, a URL to the content can be placed in the Google Doc.
If the Scope of Work includes Copywriting or Content Development services, CleverLight will populate the Google Doc with content developed by our in-house team. Once completed, the Google Doc will be shared with the Client. Client is responsible for reviewing the content for accuracy and suggesting any edits, updates, etc. to CleverLight.
Graphics
CleverLight includes up to 1 stock photo for use on each page of the website. If the Client elects to provide graphics for use on the website, the Client must provide those graphics and label on which page each graphic should be used. Acceptable file formats for graphics are; JPG, PNG and EPS files. CleverLight may provide access to a shared Dropbox folder for larger projects.
Logo files should be provided in High Rez format such as EPS or AI files so that we may resize it as necessary without disturbing the quality of the logo.
3rd Party Logins
Client is responsible for providing CleverLight with the logins related to their website design project. This could include the Registrar (Godaddy, etc) if Client will be using CleverLight Hosting and their Merchant Account (Stripe, Paypal, Authorize.net, etc). If Client will be using real time shipping through UPS, Fedex or USPS, Client will need a corresponding account configured with web based Ecommerce enabled and will provide CleverLight with the logins to these accounts as necessary.
