Website Refresh Design & Development

• This service is available exclusively to existing CleverLight clients.

• We refresh your homepage design, colors, fonts, and imagery while keeping your existing site navigation intact.

• Your existing content will be used as-is, with only minor modifications allowed. If you have significant content updates, they must be provided before the project begins and may require an additional scope review.

Project Scope

What's Included:

• Updated homepage design to enhance user experience and engagement.

• Refresh of fonts, colors, and imagery for a modern, cohesive look.

• Back-end architecture updates to keep your site running smoothly and in line with current web standards.

• Integration of any provided minor content modifications as part of the refresh.

What's Not Included:

• Full website redesign or structural changes.

• New pages beyond the existing site structure (unless requested separately).

• Custom functionality outside the standard refresh scope.

• Major content updates that require redesigning of interior pages.

Pricing

• Includes up to the first 10 pages, refreshed homepage design, updated fonts and colors, and development.

• Additional pages are billed at $100 per page.

Payment Policy

You MUST agree to our Payment Policy to accept this Proposal.

A deposit of 75% is required to begin your project.
Any additional services beyond the refresh scope will be quoted separately.
The project must be paid in full prior to launch and will be invoiced when the dev site is delivered for review.
