What social platforms do you post on?
Your BOSS posts can be shared on up to three platforms. We support Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Can you help me create social accounts?
We are happy to assist with the initial setup of your social accounts if your business does not already have them.
What if I don't have a marketing email service provider?
We will set up and customize a MailChimp account for you with up to 2,000 contacts included. We’ll just need your email contacts list in spreadsheet format to get started.
Can I suggest content for posts and newsletters?
You are welcome to send us personalized content and updates for your social posts or newsletters. Of course, you’re not on the hook to provide anything if you prefer not to. That’s the beauty of our BOSS program!
Does my website need to be on WordPress for blog posts?
For automatic blog posting, clients must be using WordPress CMS. If not on WordPress, the client will be sent the monthly blog posts and will be responsible for posting.
